Poor Pamela Rogers. Poor, sad, pathetic, sexy, smokin’ hot why couldn’t she have been my teacher and sexually harassed me through puberty, god dammit, Pamela Rogers has been indicted again for violating her parole by contacting the student she was accused of “exploiting”. The former Phys. ed. teacher, who obviously knows the definition of irony, is accused of contacting her “victim” while on parole, thus violating her agreement with the court.

A Warren County grand jury indicted Pamela Rogers, 29, on the four additional charges, and she was served Monday in a cell at the county jail where she was in custody pending a Friday hearing on probation violations, the Southern Standard reported Wednesday.

Rogers served 198 days in jail for having sex with a 13-year-old boy who attended her school. While on probation, she sent him nude pictures of herself after agreeing not to contact the student or his family or use the Internet.

Rogers was first arrested in February 2005 and pleaded no contest to charges of statutory rape and sexual battery by an authority figure stemming from sexual intercourse and oral sex with the student.

Rogers is accused of contacting the student, now 14, by cell phone hours after an April 12 court appearance on a charge of violating her probation. Authorities said she previously contacted the teen and his teenage sister by text messages and through the social networking Web site MySpace.com.

An arrest warrant accuses her of talking with the student as recently as April 19 and sending him text messages and videos.

“These were videos of the defendant involved in sexual activity, and she was nude in the pictures,” the warrant states. She also is accused of receiving photos and videos from the boy on her phone. (source)

Speaking of videos. If you haven’t seen the infamous 14 second cell phone video then I suggest you check it out. I am still baffled by this case. As I have said before, there is a double standard here, because it would be wholly different if she were a male and the student were female. However, she just happens to be the epitome of the heterosexual male teenager’s onanistic fantasies. This teacher, cum Aphrodite, has been given her (golden) apple and she has her Paris, only to watch Troy (Tennessee) fall for her efforts. Wow. That got a little deep.
