The Philadelphia Daily News reports that the 20-year-old Harder has voluntarily stepped down, because it’s against pageant rules to compete while pregnant. (source)

We didn’t have high glamor beauty pageants in my hometown, unless you consider the Miss Vidalia Onion Festival a glamorous title, but that only meant you were hotter than the blue-ribbon pig. The problem was just this, if you weren’t knocked up, you were too busy pulling double shifts at the Piggly Wiggly in hopes of getting the fuck out of dodge, no time for fancy shmancy pageants. Anyway, we’re now taking bids on who’s the next beauty to go and why. I vote Miss Nebraska…in the bathroom stall…with Miss Kansas. CLUE rocks.

Today is a slow Friday so why not some bikini photos? Tara Conner, Miss USA 2006 is wasting no time getting out and doing her part for world peace and saving puppies and being inspired by Lake Tahoe. When not busy living in Trump Tower with Miss Universe and and Miss Teen USA, Tara Conner likes to pose for photographers in the desert in her bikini. She’s actually from Kentucky which makes me smile. You how I like Kentucky girls.

The Miss USA pageant is an inspiring  display of the modern woman; who is free to be  anything she chooses in our society-doctor, lawyer, scientist, economist-as long as she does it in high heels and a bikini. God Bless the USA.

Nick Lachey seems to making his rounds. First he was rumored with wife Jessica’s assistant CaCee Cobb, then Miss Kentucky Lizzie Arnold, and then his brother Drew’s dancing partner Cheryl Burke. Now it appears that he is going after the teen heat, because he was recently spotted with Laguna Beach (star?) Kristin Cavalleri.

The item claims “Newlyweds” hubby Nick Lachey is hooking up with “Laguna Beach” babe Kristin Cavalleri. The swingin’ single ex of Jessica Simpson introduced his mother to bubbly blonde Cavalleri last week over dinner at Palomino in Westwood, Calif., tattles an eatery insider.

Lachey had previously enjoyed some rebound relief with buxom Miss Kentucky Elizabeth Ann Arnold, while Cavalleri had been dating former Olympian Bruce Jenner’s son, Brody.

I made that reference to star above because I don’t really believe that Laguna Beach was a reality show at all; it was completely scripted. I also use the the term star very loosely, because the only reason Kristin is famous is because she is a whiny rich bitch, from Southern California. I never watched Laguna Beach except for the times it was on mute in the background while I was throwing one on my world famous cocktail parties at Mercer House in Savannah. I would have turned it off but I couldn’t hold the mirror and the rolled up $100.00 bill steady for the naked strippers and work the remote. Jesus. I’m only human.

Apparently, Miss Kentucky 2002 Elizabeth Ann “Lizzie” Arnold is a wholesome southern girl. She has stated that she wants to take it slow with new boyfriend Nick Lachey until his divorce is final.(source)

The 26-year-old Arnold and singer speak on the phone “virtually
every day”, but she has doubts about the future of their relationship.

She
says, “We’re good friends, but I don’t know exactly where this is
going. He’s going through a tough time and we’re there for each other.
But I don’t feel comfortable getting serious with a married man.”

The
former Miss Kentucky insists she’s not in the market for a serious
relationship. A friend of Arnold’s says she is proceeding with caution
adding, “She won’t get serious with him until he is divorced.”

Lizzie Arnold is turning out to be one of my new favorites. She’s tall, hot and smart and she knows how to work the media. It’s all about subtlety. Plus, I almost believe her.
