This is Jamie Lynn Spears and her mom outside a Louisiana adult education center- the place where convicts, dropouts and teenage single mothers go to get a GED – the quitter version of a high school diploma. Jamie Lynn was reportedly enrolled in an exclusive private academy in Mississippi, but dropped out due to fears she would be expelled for being pregnant.

Spears, who announced last month that she’s expecting a baby, was pictured outside a building that houses both the Tangipahoa Parish School System Adult Education Center, which is a GED preparation site, and the Title I Parent Center, which teaches parents how to help their children learn reading skills. Adult education gets a bad rap. It’s actually a good way to get wayward teens back on track after a bit of trouble and hopefully point them in the right direction. It’s also a great place to pick up slutty 18 year old chicks who have 2 kids and are planning on going to beauty college. Free haircuts!

Apparently, Casey Aldridge, the hunky teen heartthrob (above) who was set to be charged with statutory rape, isn’t the father of Jamie Lynn’s baby, but rather a “much older” producer on her Nickelodeon show, Zoey 101.

The father of Jamie Lynn Spears baby is NOT boyfriend Casey Aldridge, according to shocking reports from the U.S. News that Britney’s sister was pregnant at 16 – under the legal age for sex in the U.S. – forced 18-year-old Casey into hiding. But now Star magazine insists that the teenager may not be the dad – and that Spears’ friends and family think it is an older man who would face statutory rape charges.

Friends have said that Jamie Lynn was no longer even seeing Casey – and family members told Star that they believe the real father is a much older executive at her children’s TV show ‘Zoey 101′.

Jamie Lynn Spears’ baby daddy may be facing statutory rape charges for having sex with a minor and depending on which state the bowchicka-bowchicka happened, he could face up to 10 years behind bars. Every state has a statutory rape law that prohibits minors from having sex, usually with older people. If they did it in Lousiana:

Louisiana law defines this unlawful carnal knowledge as “sexual intercourse with consent between someone age 19 or older and someone between age 12 and 17″. In Louisiana a person can only legally consent to sex at age 17. If aged 15 or 16, the other person involved must be no more than two years older for the act to be considered legal.

If it was California (where Jamie Lynn films her Nickleodeon show):

The Californian Penal Code states that any person who engages in an act of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor under 18 who is not more than three year younger than the perpetrator, is guilty of a misdemeanour and faces up to one year in a county jail.

But Californian criminal defense attorney Jim Hammer says: “If Aldridge is actually more than three years older he could be up for a felony, which carries a maximum three years in prison.” (source)

Wow. Jamie Lynn Spears  is 16 years old and she’s pregnant. By a kid she met at church. And she’s keeping the baby. That family is probably worth a billion dollars and they’re still  manage to be more white trash than pig fucking hillbillies living in home-made houses in Appalachia. At least the hillbillies know when to throw someone down a hillside. The thing that sucks is that Jamie Lynn started out with such potential and she could have risen above all the bullshit that her sister has wrought to become a beautiful, dignified young actress. But now she’s gonna be another worn out trailer park momma with a baby on one hip, a cigarette and GED.

Jamie Lynn Spears was shaping up to be the one who broke out the country-come-to-town mold that was so flawlessly executed by her downward spiraling sister. She’s much cuter than Britney. She’s a better actress - probably better singer – and has a demonstrated handle on the English language and many of its finer grammatical rules. Britney, on the other hand is like an back-country Picture of Dorian Gray in gone awry- where the real thing gets worse before our eyes and we have only a faded mental portrait of what once was. But I digress.

Jamie Lynn is not off to a good start. When I saw these pictures of Jamie at the premier of Barnyard, I think I heard the the swamp witches cry a long lament for their shining star. “The light that burns twice as bright, only burns half as long…”. From afar she looks like the very model of a young lady. Poised. Beaming for the camera. However, the full view shows a herpes sore that would make a leper blush. Does she have a stylist? Or does her mother just gussy her up and send ‘Fancy’ into town to dance with the rich men. Fancy, don’t let me down!
