The New Queen of France
While all the other blogs are reporting what’s going with Britney Spears, this blog is paying attention to world events because we are, at our core, true journalists who believe in integrity, research and fact gathering. I give you: The new Queen of France.
French president Nicolas Sarkozy and the very sexy Carla Bruni, the Italian-born supermodel-turned-singer, married at the Elysée Palace in a secret civil ceremony on Saturday that lasted around 20 minutes.
It is barely eleven weeks after their first meeting, but the marriage is an act advisers hoped would stem his dire poll ratings and draw a line under the celebrity romance that has enthralled and nauseated the nation. (source)
