In Texas, its .05, and if your cought over = or > than that? your just plain fucked, its not a misdemeanor, its DWI, which = a fine, jailtime, community service, probation and license revoked for a min of 6 months....and thats first offense. They should have thrown her prissy ass in public for the night and let her get ass fisted by some jailmates, then maybe she would actually consider not doing it again....cause you know damn good and well that ... money = good lawyer = 3 min probation while sobbing at a courtroom on the realty show she made out of the whole ordeal....in which she will probably be drunk at or open up one as shes getting out of court...cause hey...its just the fucking law...they can be bought and sold...fucking sheep.
