Rosario Dawson at the Clerks II Premiere
This Rosario Dawson at the premiere of “Clerks II“, in the upcoming sequel to Kevin Smith’s 1994 release “Clerks”. The story picks up ten years after the last movie left off. The hyper-salient IMDB has this:
A calamity at Dante and Randall’s shops sends them looking for new horizons - but they ultimately settle at Mooby’s, a fictional Disney-McDonald’s-style fast-food empire. Free from his dead-end job (and lodged in a new one), Dante begins to break free of his rut, planning to move away with his clingy fiancé.
I saw the the first Clerks, which was funny if you watched it stoned a couple of times, but the comedy has not withstood the test of time. Kevin Smith is fucking hilarious and I love his work, (Chasing Amy and Mall Rats may be my favorites), but Clerks just wasn’t the huge indie cult classic that it was purported to be - despite what your underground indie Sundance movie snob friends think. (Yeah, that’s you). I have a good feeling about Clerks II, because I have a good feeling about Rosario Dawson. Rosario Dawson has a little something for everyone no matter where you’re from. According to her IMDB profile, she’s American Indian, African American, Irish, Swedish, Russian, Inuit, Swahili, Aborigine, Cuban, Mexican, German, Polish, Geechee and a little Canadian. My penis and I had a high powered meeting behiind closed doors about it and we agree that she is 100% melting pot hotness. God Bless America.
