Damn, I go to New York for a couple of days to hang with my celebrity friends at the Upfronts and this shit happens. Britney was apparently walking with a drink in one hand and baby Sean Preston in the other when she tripped and almost dropped him.
We’re told Britney was leaving the Ritz Carlton, holding a drink in her right hand and Sean in her left as she maneuvered through a crowd of onlookers. Britney moves through the crowd and then she suddenly trips, the baby’s head goes backward and his hat flies off his head. Britney regained her balance and the baby seemed ok.
After the incident, Spears said, “This is why I need a gun.”(source and images)
I’m not really sure what she means by that remark, unless she plans on shooting Sean Preston if he tries to escape again. Here are the pictures from TMZ.com in order. The quick thinking body guard, saves the baby from hitting the pavement. Notice how the status of Britney’s cocktail is never in question. You gotta have priorities. Vodka Tonic, baby.

i think all of you are stupid. Shw can barely walk anywhere, crowds of fans and lame paparazis follow her everywhere. She is a just a great singer, why people are so interested on whats goign on in her personal life and whet kind of underwear she wears. She said she need a gun in order to shoot those paparzi’s, they were the cause of her droping her baby.

this is old old news. But to clarify, yes, she does have a lot of photographers up her ass al the time, but that’s th eprice you pay for being famous. Yes its annoying, but its a KNOWN FACT that Britney personally calls the paparazzi when she leaves her house.
The second point is: Britney is not a a great singer. She is famous because she was inappropriately hot at 14.

I would’ve dropped the glass and grabbed my baby’s head. But on the other hand, she looks flustered, like there’s someone crawling up her ass. She asked for it, sure, and she should be more careful, but she IS only human.
