Katharine McPhee’s Boobs: The Real American Idol
Last night’s American Idol featured Katharine McPhee wearing this yellow dress and also featured 30 million viewers edging closer and closer to their tv screens as her titillating performance played out. I don’t remember the song but I do remember the part where a button came off the split of her dress giving us a view of the McPanties. I cried a little right there.
I rarely ever watch the American Idol show because I think it’s a farce and completely pre-planned but this year the producers got smart and added in a little something I like to call the boobie factor. Between the Idol Twins (and twins!) Kellie Pickler’s Prom Dress, and Katharine McPhee’s damn near Renaissance quality rack, there has been ample reason to watch this season. Dude. I think it was group effort like peter pan and tinkerbell. At one point I was trying so hard to see inside her shirt that I popped blood vessel in my head. Also, my cat’s head exploded. I’m a fucking scanner dude.

Those spurning the view need to spend more time on thEIR grammar and spelling and less time trying to spoil the view. We are not perverTED nor disgUsting and we can spell them! If we are supposed to just listen why not braodcast over the radio? She wants us to watch her! Bet she loosened that button just a bit and with all that heavy breathing….

Hey, if you want to play that game, you should have made that perverSE… you have not been perverted, you ARE perverse. ‘Feminist’ totally weakened her argument with her horrendous grammar and spelling, and you made a fool of yourself by incorrectly ‘correcting’ her. And I’m equally divided on the whole ‘yellow dress’ issue at hand, as well. Girls know that guys react like pigs at the least bit of encouragement, and wearing a dress like that- she WAS just asking for a reaction. You’re right, she knows you’re watching, and she’s totally playing up her sex appeal. Cheap, I think. It’s such an easy route, prostituting your body to attract the attention of hormonally-driven men. Ugh… SO, disappointment from my end on ALL counts. Ugh…

I hate to break it to you, but that’s part of American Idol. Simon’s not stupid. I don’t know how many of you remember the song, “Video Killed the Radio Star”, but those lyrics are the truth. Now that we have MTV, BET, and CMT, nobody listens to the music like they used to. Sex sells. It’s an ugly truth, but we’re all guilty of it. Even women. Otherwise, how would you explain *Nsync and the Back Street Boys?

If it was not for the sex factor of the people (both male & female) you would see american idol vanish. They know sex sells and hell she knew with her looks she could get votes from guys who were watching to see what the hot girls were wearing.
