Britney Spears is may be preparing to sue a chair manufacturer over the “accident” that her son had recently that fractured his skull.

A nanny was taking the seven-month-old tot from his high chair earlier this month when “something snapped,” according to a report in People magazine.

Baby Sean Preston was taken to the hospital, where he was deemed okay, but now Spears is looking into suing the maker of the chair, according to In Touch Weekly. “The chair’s back broke,” a “family insider” explained to the mag. “She’s going to see if there was a fault in the chair.”(source)

Of course. Why not? It’s certainly not her fault for leaving her baby unattended where that huge head might pull him over the edge of a precipice or something. It’s gotta be the chair. It’s like when my mom wanted to sue the Phillip-Morris company for my medical bills when she would burn me with her cigarettes. If she wasn’t so addicted, I wouldn’t have had those burns. She would have given me hugs instead.

UPDATE: LA Hotness, the  Tabloid Whore is reporting that Britney has let Sean P roll off the bed (led by his HUGE sloshy head, I’m sure) a few times already. Maybe that’s how his little soft noggin got all smashed up and not the fall from the chair? I wonder if they hug after they burn you in LA?
