Desperate Housewife star Terri Hatcher has recently admitted that the stays in shape using a stripper pole. The new fad, which is growing among celebrities like Carmen Electra, involves using exotic dancer moves on a stripper pole for exercise.

She told Hot Stars magazine: "It’s all geared around stripping moves and you actually dance on a pole.

"I know it sounds funny, but it’s great for all your muscles and
it’s actually really empowering because it’s not about turning a guy on
- it’s about turning yourself on and learning to be comfortable with

I’m pretty sure all those strippers, stripping for money in strip clubs are there to turn guys on and not just for the exercise benefit. Of course most of the guys that go to strip clubs don’t realize that most of the strippers are coked out lesbians who would probably stab them for crack money if they ever hit on them on the outside. I just hope that Terri has her own private pole though. Like my dancer friend Desiree used to say, "Never let the kitty touch the pole, sweetie. Ain’t no telling whose junk’s been on that thing". And you know what? I never did.
