The fifth season of Fox’s hit drama 24 began last night with an explosive 2 part four hour premiere. The first 2 hours aired last night (Sunday Jan 15th) and the final 2 hours air tonight. This season looks great so far, but some major charaters are killed off in the first 2 hours. I am doing the 24 episode recaps over at the Givememyremote.com forums, so head over a check it out. (SPOILER ALERT: Snape kills Dumbledore). Elisha Cuthbert is back this season too which is always a treat (Always a big fan of Popular Science for kids).

In other news it looks like Kiefer is dating and his mystery lady has finally been revealed. Page six reports:

Kiefer Sutherland’s mystery woman is no mystery after all. The hot brunette strolling with the "24" star on Madison Avenue the other day was Tricia Cardozo , a former Paramount p.r. executive who used to date Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith.
One insider said, "The relationship is very new, but he is very lucky.
She is very dynamic and cool. She is going to be his date for the
Golden Globes." Sutherland took her to dinner Thursday night at Da
Silvano, where he popped out to smoke cigarettes. As they left, he
obliged a tableful of South Carolina blondes by posing for photos with
them and reminding them that the fifth season of "24" has started.

First of all, I had no idea that Kiefer had a mystery lady and second I have no idea who that chick is. No luck in Google image search so she is probably a class act. I like the fact that some home town hotties from SC chatted him up a bit and he took some pics with them. Since I couldn’t find any images of Tricia Cardozo, I have put some nice images of my favorite kids tv show host, Elisha Cuthbert after the jump.
