Jennifer Garner’s baby finally decided to come out.

Jennifer Garner gave birth to Violet Ann Affleck in Los Angeles yesterday. I think we are all breathing a sigh of relief because I really don’t think I have ever seen anyone that pregnant before.
”They induced last night,” a friend of the couple tells Us. ”Ben was with her the entire time.” Last night, when asked by Us
when Garner would be giving birth, Garner’s Alias co-star Joel Grey
said ”tonight.” Another one of Garner’s co-stars and close friends,
Victor Garber, (who officiated the pair’s intimate sunset wedding
ceremony on the isle of Turks and Caicos on June 29), told Us last night, ”My gift will be that I will be a doting uncle.” The pair were planning on naming the baby girl Violet.
I am really happy for them. Apparently, the baby was due in in week anyway but doctors decided to induce labor. I hear inducement is pretty common these days because of all the complications that can occur. My mom told me that I was induced too, and that I was a little premature. And by induced I mean she was an alcoholic and by premature I mean I was walking for 6 months before my umbilical cord was cut.
In honor of Jennifer Garner moving on with her new life and leaving Alias fans everywhere in the lurch here are some nice pictures of Rachel Nichols
