Apparently, Britney Spears in none too happy about the pictures shown above of her son Sean Preston Federline. She is threatening legal action on anyone caught displaying those images that you are clearly viewing right there on this very web page.

Dozens of images of her newborn Sean Preston have emerged on several
websites, but Spears and her husband Kevin Federline have claimed that
the originals were stolen from a private photo shoot.

 

Backing the star, her record label, Jive Records, released the
following statement: "Anyone who publishes, sells or otherwise exploits
any of these images in any way will be subject to liability and damages
for wilful infringement of copyright, and will be liable for invasion
of privacy."

I have a law degree from a prestigous New England Law School, so I know it will be extremely difficult to prove willful copyright infringement and/or invasion of privacy of a public figure. Did I say law degree? I meant season 9 on Law & Order on DVD.
