Sinead Noonan is Miss Ireland 2008, so here she is eating a tea cake and holding a parasol like she’s on a magnolia plantation in Georgia. Huh? I have my doubts as to how “Irish” she really is. First, her face isn’t all red and she’s not holding a Guinness in one hand and a cigarette in the other. Anne Hathaway apparently had a scare during the filming of Get Smart with Steve Carrell. After filming their on-screen kiss she found out she had pink-eye (conjunctivitis).

It wasn’t until after their intimate lip-lock that Hathaway discovered she had the highly contagious eye illness and had to make the dreaded call later that night to the film’s producer, Alex Gartner.

“I said you might want to call Steve and let him know I had pink eye and my tears kind of got in my mouth, so he might want to worry about that,” she said. (Fox)
