Two Aussies walk into a bar…well it had all the makings of a good joke. Except, it didn’t. Australian leading ladies (and BFF!) Nicole Kidman and Naomi Watts will star together in a “sexy thriller�.

I love Australia and I watch a lot of National Geographic HD so I’m pretty fucking smart about the Aussies. So when the headline reads something like, “Kidman and Watts to star in a movie togetherâ€?, I’m all in. Two Australian hotties in the same film together sounds pretty amazing. You can only imagine my chagrin to learn that Nicole and Naomi won’t be dressed up as aborigines who play those long hollow sticks that go “waow-waow, waow waow”. Nor will the film include wallabies, tequila, vegimite, or the appropriate use of the phrase “that’s a knifeâ€?, or “shrimps on the barbie”. Maybe it’s period piece? If we’re lucky, however, Nicole Kidman and Naomi Watts will talk funny to each other and giggle then make out. I don’t generally watch foreign films unless they have gratuitous boobs, mood music or a character named “Pierreâ€?, but it might be worth seeing.

Super sexy tongue twister, Famke Janssen is set to star in a new NBC drama, get this…about cops. I know, right? How original.

The untitled NBC Universal TV Studio project, from Shore and “House” writer Peter Blake, is a light drama with procedural elements that centers on a female cop (Janssen).

Wow. Cop drama. Did they run out of reality shows already?  Unfortunately, I can only picture Famke as the sexy transexual life coach? on Nip/Tuck. Fortunately, Nip/Tuck offered gratuitous sex scenes and I’m a new-age American girl exploring her “alternatives” so picturing Famke naked is altogether easy,and delightful. In spite of the idea of Famke with cuffs, I give the show one season. Stick to Jean Gray you giant sexy bitch.

Nip/Tuck star Joely Richardson (Julia McNamara) has decided to leave the show momentarily to care for her daughter, who was diagnosed with circulation problems when she was born. Her daughter is set to receive multiple surgeries. Hurry back, Julia!

Richardson admits she had no choice when it came to deciding to quit her hit show. She adds, “I love my work but I had to be in two places at once and I thought, ‘If it were all over tomorrow, what would I regret?’ It would be not being there for her.” Richardson fears she’ll never be able to return to “Nip/Tuck,” but series creator Ryan Murphy is hoping her character Julia McNamara, will be back. He says, “I don’t want to do the show without her.” (source)

I am undeniably addicted to this show and no one will ever understand the bond like another addict. It’s scandalous, outrageous, racy, sexy, and dramatic. It’s like the TV version of my life, complete with lipo, expensive cars, naked women and midgets! Except I still have both my kidneys. While I’ve never cared for Joely’s character, which could be the mark of a good actress, I hate to see her go, especially now that she banged the male nanny (slash little person) Marlo. She’s upwards of 5’10’’; he’s downwards of 4’5’’. So many questions, so little time.
