I have been to Vegas many times and I can tell you that Ashley Dupre is not a “normal” prostitute. If I am not mistaken she was making about $3,000 an hour for her services. Most people know her as the hooker who brought down New York governor Eliot Spitzer. I remember her as the chick I am jealous of because she made $3,000 an hour just having sex with people. Why can’t guys get gigs like that? They dig sex way more.

She tells People, ” Everyone knows me as ‘that girl,’ but I am not just ‘that girl.’ I have a lot of depth, a lot of layers.” Yes, you have a lot of layers of clothes and I want to help you strip them off. This broad is talking to People magazine trying to clear her name, but let’s be honest, she doesn’t feel bad about what she did. And to ensure a thing like this never happens again, they hired a blind governor. She doesn’t feel bad about what she did and she shouldn’t. She is now saying that now that she is done with being an escort she will turn her career towards porn.

Former high priced call girl, Ashley Alexandra Dupré may be getting 15 more minutes of fame – reality style. E! is reporting that she is in negotiations for her own realty series that could range from a dating format to her just riding around in a limo trying to get guys to bang her for money. [Ed. note: I made that last part up]

A source tells E!, … that Dupré, 23, has been developing an unscripted show with production execs at L.A.-based Handprint Entertainment, the same company that has managed the career of reality icon Nicole Richie and Pamela Anderson.

One of the concepts being considered is a dating format.

“They’re talking to MTV about Ashley being the next Tila Tequila,” says a source close to the project. (Handprint execs couldn’t be reached for comment on the project; MTV declined comment). (E!)

MTV has gone from a cutting edge, scrappy little network airing the music of a new generation to a soul-raping juggernaut of mind depletion. People actually lose intelligence by watching, starring in a series, or even saying the letters M-T-V out loud. The fact that aspiring film makers in film school can use the terminology “MTV cuts” lets me know that Armageddon is nigh. Except that Armageddon won’t be ushered in by fire and brimstone in the blink of an eye, it will be signaled by slack-jawed drooling automatons with mighty muscular thumbs clicking the remote to MTV’s newest reality show, “The Whore Bachelorette, starring Ashley the Former Whore”. You have been warned.

According to her MySpace page (now gone) she left NJ at 17 because of abuse and hardship to pursue a music career and a better life.

There are two issues here. First, you can’t blame Eliot Spitzer (who’s 49) for wanting to bang a tight 22 year old girl who likes to party till the sun comes up. He was just arrogant, got careless and got caught. Second, why does everyone feel sorry for Ashley Alexandra Dupré? She’s not wasted youth or good girl gone wrong, she’s a fucking hero. She grew up poor, in an abusive home and now she makes $1000.00 an hour, travels the world and lives like a celebrity. She’s like the white Oprah… except she gets laid a lot more. It is the oldest profession, just ask Jesus!
