It seems that Facebook is useful for more things other than social networking. It is also a superficial way to inform friends and family what is going on in your life. Drew Barrymore took to her Facebook page to tell everyone she is engaged. There were like 20 people saying CONGRATULATIONS, SO HAPPY FOR YOU, etc.

I am willing to bet that nine tenths of those people have never met Drew Barrymore and commenting on her Facebook page will not change that. I am still not clear on who she is engaged to but I am betting that will surface sometime today. Here’s to hoping it is a gold digger and takes Drew for everything she is worth. I know it is an immoral thing to hope for but it makes good tabloids.
