Artie Lange Tried to Kill Himself
I am not sure why Artie Lange is such a depressive. He has a killer job at The Howard Stern Show and makes tons of bank just by sitting there a few hours and at his leisure throwing in pithy jokes. Artie Lange’s mother walked into Artie’s apartment and found that he had stabbed himself 9 times! WTF? 9 Times?
He was rushed to the hospital and even though he lost a lot of blood he survived. I hope he gets some serious mental help after this. I would be TOTALLY bummed if Artie died because he is one of the funniest men who has ever lived and is a big contributor to the Stern show. I don’t have Sirius radio but if I did I would listen to Stern non stop.
Some people just don’t know how good they have it sometimes. It is truly sad but hopefully after a LONG stint in rehab he can return to the show and keep us in stitches.

1) Stern hasn’t talked to Artie in a month, and Artie hasn’t been on the show since, either.
2) Lange has had some issues with drug abuse and self-destructive behavior, though he allegedly gotten clean.
3) I do hope he gets some help. I agree, the man is really, really funny, and hope more people get to see him to comedy in the future.

You should speak for yourself- or atleast know what you are talking about. Artie abused opiates and heroin for a long time- he may have in absolute terms DESTROYED his ability to have fun, to appreciate what he has- he may only be able to feel depressed or nothing at all physically. Understanding that helps him- telling him he should be happy does not…

Is someone paying you to right this? If so, can you give them my email so I can steal your job? I hate to be a hater, but this is the most vapid and trite jibberish I’ve read since thumbing through S. Palin’s book. You don’t seem to know much of anything about Artie, so why are you forcing it?

@Mix: Theses are trite times my friend…and vapid is the new black. BUT WE DO HAVE BOOBIES ON THE SITE. So in essence, everybody wins.
