Jon Gosselin looks dapper as he leaves the Montgomery County Court with his attorney, Mark Heller, in Pennsylvania. Jon had a cigarette as the cameras followed him outside, while his estranged wife, Kate, had snuck out a side door to the court. Jon’s lawyer at times seemed to walk away from his client as he carried his Louis Vuitton briefcase.
