Michael Lohan is Concerned

September 3, 2009: Michael Lohan made an appearance in Family Court in Riverhead, NY today. It was said there would be a conference call in court with Kristi Kaufman in Montana, the woman who is claiming that her daughter, Ashley Kaufman, is Lohan’s biological child. The appearance was in response to a Petition for an Order of Support for the minor child. While reporters were not allowed in the courtroom, Lohan’s General Counsel, Stephanie Ovadia, and attorney Barbara Gervase told us “the petition was dismissed today and we are going to be proceeding forward with this matter in the state of Montana.” Lohan had no comment but left the court in good spirits and was heard referring to his three attorneys as “Charlie’s Angels.”
