I am still not really sure why people are still calling this a sex tape when there isn’t any sex on it. But Eric Dane is pissed anyway and is suing. Now this is an internet leaked sex tape and 99% of the time when a sex tape hits the net, unless there are watermarks, it is hard to tell what exactly the source is.

But this time they knew and the source is gawker.com I love gawker so I hope Eric loses big time in this case. Let’s not forget Rebecca Gayheart who is truely gay at heart as you may have seen when she was playing with that younger chick. I am not sure if the sex tape is still on the net but if it is I am thinking about tracking it down and throwing it up on the ol’ blog just to have it in the archives. What do you people think?
