Howard K. Stern Charged
To all my homies at the methadone clinic. Am I being too light-hearted? Who gives a shit? Anna Nicole Smith died like 10 years ago. Howard K. Stern, Anna Nicole Smith’s attorney and boyfriend is being charged with providing an addict with opiates. The addict in question was Anna Nicole Smith. He isn’t the only one taking the fall though. Anna Nicole’s doctor, Sandeep Kapoor, who we heard a lot from during Anna Nicole’s trial is being charged alongside with Khristine Eroshevich are being charged with 8 felonies.
Bail has been set at $20,000 and both Stern and Kapoor bailed out last night. It is expected that Stern will more than likely turn himself in and might plead no contest. The guy is an attorney and I am sure he has some very good attorney friends so more than likely he will get off without any jail time. At least I hope he does. Anna suffered from depression and if she wanted to pop a few pills her final days on this earth, then who am I to say she can’t. Except for that whole overdose thing that led to a lot of drama. Oh yea, forgot about that. Your bad!
