Miley Cyrus Is Being Sued

Miley Cyrus isn’t the smartest girl in the world. Just recently she posed for a picture where her and a lot of her much older friends pulled their eyes back to look Asian and snapped a pic. I don’t know if this picture was posted on MySpace or what but it got out to the media and now everyone is calling her a racist. One woman, Lucie J. Kim, a pacific islander, has filed a lawsuit against Cyrus for the photo.

She is demanding that the photo depicted a civil rights violation and because of that she wants a cool $4,000 for every pacific islander in the country. Add it up and it comes to $4 billion. Now Miley has a lot of money but not that much. More than likely the case will be thrown out and it will forever be regarded as one of the most frivolous law suits in history.However, if and when this thing goes to court, Miley will have to go to MySpace AGAIN and go to Facebook AGAIN and apologize for the photograph. I personally seriously doubt that Miley is a racist but it is fun to call her that because she is not a normal person. Lucie J. Kim says that Miley’s “she’s just a kid” defense won’t fly in court and that it is like Paris Hilton trying to say “she’s just a kid.” Well one small difference. Miley is a kid. Paris is an adult attention whore and a pretty big slut. So there is a difference. Once this Kim lady gets her 15 minutes of fame she will back off and probably try to become a singer or some shit. I hate Hollywood.
